Education10th class or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board.
Trade qualificationNational Trade Certificate in the notified trade (NCVT), or provisional NCVT/SCVT certificate.
Engineering graduates / diploma holdersNot eligible under this apprenticeship notification; covered by a separate scheme.
SelectionMerit list based on the average of matriculation and ITI percentage marks; see the notification for tie-breaking and verification rules.
